  • Clermont Hills | Clermont, FL | Land Acquisition, Rezoning, and Entitlements
    • Acquisition, rezone, and entitlements for 41 acres MOL.
    • Purchased 02/2016 for $5 million. The phase 1 site permit was issued in March 2020 for an Aldi store.
    • Mixed-use development approved, including retail parcels for grocery (at lease with Aldi), gas/C-store (at LOI), and retail/medical (proposed), and including multi-family residential use for 258 townhomes. Development includes working with D.O.T. on relocating a 2-acre retention pond at the SWC of SR-50 and Emil Jahna Road, and with a fully lighted intersection in place.

Grand Oaks Manor | Wildwood, FL

  • Grand Oaks Manor | Wildwood, FL | Land Acquisition, Rezoning, and Entitlements
    • Acquisition, rezone, and entitlements for single-family residential use.
    • Purchased 12/2023 for $10 million. Phase 1 is entitled to 215
    • single-family units.
      Phase 2 is entitled to 220 single-family units.

Whitefish | Whitefish, MT

  • Acquisition, rezone, and entitlements for single-family residential use.
  • Approved to build luxury hotel and condo units with restaurant, retail space, and high-end spa facilities.
  • Prime river and lake frontage.
  • Expanding public community spaces with a connecting bridge and paved bike paths.
